    Private Dining and Group Bookings

Private rooms across the group are booked through the events team rather than the public reservation system, on food-and-beverage minimums rather than prepaid tickets.

    The rooms

Yountville offers a dedicated private dining room alongside distinctive settings such as the courtyard and the table set beneath the bay laurel. Per Se's private rooms look over Columbus Circle and can be combined for larger parties.

Capacities are intimate by event-venue standards. These are dining rooms with the same kitchen and the same service standard, not function suites.

    Minimums, deposits and lead time

Private dining runs on a food-and-beverage minimum that varies by room, day of week and season, confirmed with a contract and a deposit rather than a per-seat ticket.

Allow three to six months for ordinary dates, and considerably longer for harvest season in Napa or December in New York.

    Planning the menu

Menus are written with the events team ahead of the date: a tasting menu shaped to the group, dietary requirements collected in advance and wine selected before guests arrive.

Raise audio-visual needs, cake or gift service and group parking at the enquiry stage — all are routine, none are automatic.
