We publish independent guidance about restaurants we do not own, operate or represent. These are the rules that govern what appears here.
This site is not owned, operated or endorsed by the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. We accept no payment from any restaurant in exchange for coverage, placement or favourable wording, and no restaurant reviews our copy before publication.
Where a page links to an official reservation platform, that link exists because it is the correct way to book — not because of a commercial arrangement.
Guides are produced by a named editorial desk with stated areas of expertise, and each article carries its author, publication date and last-reviewed date.
Authors do not accept complimentary meals in exchange for coverage. Where a meal informs a guide, that first-hand experience is described as such rather than presented as restaurant policy.
Operational facts — prices, release windows, deposit terms, dress codes, addresses — come from restaurant-published information and the official booking platforms. Historical and award claims come from primary sources such as the Michelin Guide and the James Beard Foundation.
Where a detail varies by date or cannot be verified, we say so rather than publishing a confident number. We do not invent quotes, ratings or statistics.
Every guide is re-checked on a scheduled cycle and after any material change to a restaurant's booking system, pricing or hours. The last-reviewed date on each page reflects the most recent check, not an automatic build timestamp.
Pages that can no longer be verified are amended or withdrawn rather than left standing.
If something here is wrong, tell us. Substantive corrections are made promptly and noted on the page; minor typographical fixes are made silently.
Correction requests from the restaurants themselves are welcomed and treated the same way as those from readers: verified, then applied.
